Join Baldwin-Whitehall Friends of the Theater Arts at the Pittsburgh Public Theater’s production of Daddy Long Legs on Saturday, March 18, 2017.

Discover this new two-character musical in its Pittsburgh premiere. Based on the classic novel which inspired the 1955 movie starring Fred Astaire, this heartwarming Cinderella story about a witty and winsome young woman and her mysterious benefactor has charmed audiences of all ages Set in 1908, Jerusha is the oldest orphan in the John Grier Home. Her life changes dramatically when a mysterious young benefactor sends her to college. His only condition is that she write him letters, a stirring exercise which awakens her to literature and love.

Tickets are $56.00 each and must be prepaid.  Dessert buffet begins at 6:45 p.m. with the performance at 8:00 p.m.

Proceeds benefit BWFTA’s Baldwin High School Senior Scholarships.
