The Baldwin-Whitehall Friends of the Theater Arts (BWFTA) is a non-profit organization
that is focused on providing an exceptional theater arts environment for its community and
most importantly the students of the Baldwin-Whitehall School District.
The $1,000 Mort Parker Memorial BWFTA scholarship is open to all applicants not
pursuing a degree in the performing arts.
The $1,000 BWFTA Performing Arts scholarship is open to applicants whose intended
major falls into the performing arts category; such as, Performing Arts, Technology
Theater, Music, and Music Education.
These scholarships will be awarded to two Baldwin High School senior students for the
first year of undergraduate study determined by a random drawing of applicants.
